Catering at Chalet Clair Bois, Les Diablerets
Wholesome homemade meals using fresh local ingredients. Our informal approach to your day starts with continental or full english breakfast at your leisure. After which we will drop you and your skis at a choice of lifts to enjoy your day.
We will collect you at a pre-determined time at the end of the day. Once back at the chalet tea and freshly baked cake is served in front of the log fire with time to relax before apero and dinner.
Evening meals include canapés followed by a full three course meal complimented with half a carafe of wine per diner each evening. We can accommodate most dietry requirements if you let us know when booking. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are available throughout the day in the relaxed kitchen.
